Combat v3

  • Crossbowmen now have a distinct ranged role: they can attack from 2 hexes away, while Knights and Paladins remain adjacent-only.
  • Range-2 Crossbowman attacks are ranged pokes: 70% damage into field armies, 30% damage into structure guards, no biome damage modifier, no defender counter-damage, shorter battle timers, and no normal damage-ratio refunds.
  • Range-2 Crossbowman attacks cost 50 stamina for the attacker and 20 stamina for the defender. Range-1 combat remains 50 stamina for the attacker and 40 stamina for the defender.
  • Ranged attacks can clear structure guards, but structures still require adjacency to claim.
  • Knights now specialize in structure combat: +15% damage when assaulting structure guards from adjacent range, and Knight guards take 15% reduced incoming damage while defending structures.
  • Paladins are unchanged mechanically and remain high-mobility cavalry.
  • T2 and T3 troop strength multipliers are standardized at and .

Blitz Stamina & Relic Consistency

  • Blitz/Stamina & Biomes: Clarified Blitz stamina regeneration as 30 stamina per phase and 180 stamina per Eternum Day.
  • Confirmed combat stamina thresholds are config-driven values, not dynamically derived at runtime from regeneration.
  • Blitz/Relics: Standardized all timed relic effects to 3 Eternum Days (18 minutes).
  • Updated Troop Production Relics to +15% and +30% troop production for 3 Eternum Days.
  • Updated docs, generated config artifacts, shared TypeScript constants, and Cairo defaults covered by this release pass.
